Durdle Door
Dorset

Approximately 10,000 years ago, the sea breached the Portland limestone, carving an archway through the rock that we now know as Durdle Door in Dorset. This natural phenomenon evokes reflections on life itself; our experiences shape us, eroding our former selves and leaving us irrevocably altered. At times, the impact of these experiences can transform us so profoundly that we scarcely resemble the individuals we once were.

The path trodden by our younger selves may no longer be accessible, and our outlook and perspective on life might evolve to reflect this transformation, leading us to acquire a fresh understanding of our place in life, the significance of our existence, and our core values — all of which may diverge from the reality we've constructed for ourselves.
Just as the sea's entrance through the rocks at Durdle Door birthed a unique beauty, so too may you have emerged as a new and exquisite version of yourself. It is possible that those around you may struggle to recognise this evolved you. The journey may require you to grow into this new identity, embracing the changes that life has so generously bestowed upon you. Exercise patience, remain true to yourself, heed your inner wisdom, and welcome the new iteration of you that life has presented.

Remember, this evolution is an intrinsic part of your purpose. After all, what other choice do you have? Resisting change will only lead to disappointment. Embrace the adventure of self-discovery that lies ahead. With every challenge you face, you cultivate resilience, strength, and a deeper connection to your authentic self. With an open heart and mind, you can create a vibrant and fulfilling future, filled with joy and possibility. Let this journey illuminate the remarkable potential within you, and trust that life has wonderful surprises in store as you navigate your new path.
