Hambleden
Buckinghamshire

In a hidden village, picture perfect,
Its idyllic charms unfold,
Nestled within a valley, distant from the rush,
A soft echo of eras long past.
I rest my weary legs, shedding heavy burdens,
In this sanctuary, my mind begins to clear,
Each exploration reveals endless natural beauty,
With treasures awaiting at every turn.
To roam like a wild creature here would be bliss,
This place, a home for my wandering heart,
Beneath clear blue skies, a cool breeze whispers,
While laughter spills from a local pub at dusk.
I peer through a hedge to see field alive with dozens of deer,
The silhouettes of horses seek refuge in the shade,
A sight to behold, etched in my memory,
A moment of beauty, a glimpse of serenity.
